Use of the website is free of charge for users. Users are given the opportunity to obtain information about companions, communicate with them, and leave reviews for companions whose services they have used.
Companions have the option to have their data listed on https://candy-escortwien.at/ corrected.
Any use beyond the purpose described above is prohibited — in particular, any commercial use or analysis of companion data visible on the website. CandyEscortWien reserves the right to exclude users who violate these Terms and Conditions from using the platform at any time and without stating reasons.

COMPANIONS

CandyEscortWien is not liable for any data protection violations attributable to the companions.
The companion (as an independent contractor) decides whether to enter into a contract for escort services with the user. A contract is formed exclusively between the companion and the user, upon the companion’s confirmation of the booking. CandyEscortWien does not decide whether the companion accepts a user’s request.
Companions are neither commissioned nor authorized by CandyEscortWien to enter into any legal transactions on behalf of CandyEscortWien. CandyEscortWien likewise does not accept or carry out service orders (escort services) from customers.
FEES
Use of the information platform is free of charge for users. A contract for the service to be provided is formed between the user and the companion — if the companion confirms the booking — exclusively between those two parties. CandyEscortWien does not decide whether the companion accepts the user’s request. If the companion accepts the user’s booking, a paid contract is formed. The companion’s own terms and conditions apply to that contract. The fee for the service (escort service) is to be agreed upon between the user and the companion.
LIABILITY
The images and texts displayed on the CandyEscortWien website are provided by the companions. CandyEscortWien is not liable for the accuracy or completeness of these images or texts. CandyEscortWien merely uploads the texts and images provided by the companions to the website. The prices listed on the website are likewise information provided by the companions. CandyEscortWien is not liable for the content of any companion’s texts.
CandyEscortWien is not liable with regard to the execution of any service contract between a companion and a user.
The website also contains links to third-party websites. CandyEscortWien may not be aware of the content of these websites and accepts no responsibility for any third-party content.
USER LIABILITY
The user is liable to CandyEscortWien for all damages suffered by CandyEscortWien as a result of the user’s violation of these Terms and Conditions and/or applicable law.
JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Vienna.
